The present study is related to four Roman provincial mints in Western Thrace and, more precisely, to certain specific coin types that these cities issued. For this purpose, several different analyses have been carried out, among them a comparative one. The duration of the mints themselves has been traced; an iconographic analysis has been carried out, as well as an examination of the coinage dies.
