Peer Review Policy

All received manuscripts in BulgNJ initially undergo an approval process by the Editorial team whether they conform to the journal policy.

All approved manuscripts are submitted to double-blind peer-review process by two reviewers

Screening for plagiarism

The Editorial team follows the established antiplagiarism policy. If plagiarism is suspected before, during or after review, the editorial board will investigate in accordance with COPE guidelines and will reject the material in case of confirmed positive results for plagiarism.

Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement

The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and to ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record. All parties involved in the publication process—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to adhere to internationally recognized ethical guidelines, including the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
